* Fall Season (Cross Country) official practice is Monday, August 16 at 5:30pm at Woodman. If you are not participating in another fall sport I expect for you to train with the Cross Country team.
* The team is schedule for the Impact (concussion screening) on August 12 @ 11am in the MAC Lab (computer lab by the cafe in the main building). You MUST have a test in order to practice on Monday.
