As of yesterday, the girls listed below have submitted their forms. In order to be cleared, forms must be submitted to the nurse, have a valid Impact Test and approved by the Athletic Department. All freshman MUST take the Impact Test. I am waiting for a response on the 10th-12th grade who needs to take the Impact Test.
