Sprint Med (4-Kristina, 2-Jalisa, 2-Karelle, 8-Taylor)
4x400 (Jalisa, Taylor, Aisha, Kristina)
Alternates: Marcelle & Ashley
If you are not running and want to come to support the team you MUST be in full uniform and have notified Coach Golding-Cooper.
The bus will not return to Montclair until after 10pm.
Make sure you bring food
Sandwhich
Snacks (wheat thins, pretzels, etc)
Water
Gatorade
Fruit
NO JUNK FOOD (candy, chocolate, chips, etc)
