Its important to go to the meets prepared. Don't forget to pack:
*Race shorts & top
*Extra Layer (tights, long sleeve t-shirt, sweats, etc)
*Spikes
*Food
PB&J, wheat thins, oranges, water, gatorade, etc
NO JUNK FOOD!!
Remember to wear the sweats & track shirt to school the day of the meet or the Friday. Before a weekend meet.
Have your race uniform on before you get on the bus.
The most important thing you must bring is your enthusiasm!
