Spring Information

Spring Track & Field
Forms- All forms must be completed & submitted to the nurse by
Friday, February 20, 2009


Go to "Mandatory Forms" under "Important Links" tab.

Athletic Physicals will be offered by our School Doctor
ONLY for students who do not have their own doctor on THURSDAY FEBRUARY 5th 1:00 - 2:30 p.m. (early dismissal day). Athletes must have parent/caregiver permission prior to seeing the School Doctor. Forms can be obtained in Health and Athletic Offices.

If you are not participating in a sport, start getting in shape.
-Week 1- Jog 10 minutes 3-4 days, stretch & abs
-Week 2 - Jog 15 minutes 4-5 days, stretch & abs
-Week 3 & 4 Jog 20 minutes 5-6 days, stretch & abs

March 6th will be here before you know it.
Get ready! The work starts with you!!!!
