Important Update

As the season comes to a close, I developed a roster for the next 2 meets based on attendance from 1/18-1/27. Preview the "Meet Roster" link for the names of those competing. If you are not competing, uniforms will be collected on Friday, January 29, 3pm at the field. If there are any questions, email me at keshia.g@gmail.com.

NO MEET TODAY!! We will not compete in the Essex County Frosh/Soph Meet at Seton Hall.

Midterms Week- Practice 3pm. Practice will be short.

State Relays, Sunday January 17, 3:30pm at Toms River Intermediate School, Toms River. Bus departs 12noon.

Essex County Relays- Sunday, January 10, 2010- Seton Hall University.
Bus- Throwers 7:30am Runners 8:30am

The meet starts with the Shot Put & High Jump at 9am with running to follow.

Order of events and relay teams are posted.

There's no practice on Saturday, January 9. If you are not competing on Sunday go out for a run, stretch and abs. Distance 30 mins, sprinters 20 mins.

In the event of inclement weather, practice on Friday 1/8/09 will meet in the main building. At the end of the day, check for a posting outside of the athletic office.

Sunday, Essex County Relay Championships, Sunday 1/10, relay teams will be posted on the blog tomorrow.

Practice today has been canceled. The track is still covered with snow. Go out for a jog and stretch.
Tomorrow-SEC Conference Meet- Jersey City Armory. 3 per event. Bus 8am.
Monday-Ridgewood Games I- FDU- All will compete. Bus 2:45pm.
